Do you have any samples I could smell?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of sample packs depending on your desired scent experience and space. Please submit a Sample Pack request and one of our team members will contact you soon!

Are there any long-term contracts?

Never! All our agreements are always Month-to-Month.

What if I do not like a scent, can I swap?

Yes! Customer Satisfaction is our number one priority.

Am I allowed to control the scent diffusers myself?

Yes, every customer will be able to use their smart phone to control and schedule their diffusers.

What does the monthly price include?

We use all-in pricing. Meaning, the price you see is the price you pay — no taxes, hidden fees, shipping charges, replacement costs, etc. The price is per diffuser per month.

Are these oils safe? Pet friendly?

Yes, all of our oils are essential oil based and completely pet friendly. None of our products contain any carcinogens and are FDA approved and OSHA certified. They are also Formaldehyde Free, PFAS, Paraben and Phthalate Free, vegan, and gluten free!

Where are your oils manufactured?

All of our fragrance products are proudly made in the USA.

What happens if a diffuser breaks? Is there a warranty?

If for whatever reason our diffusers malfunction or are not performing properly, we will happily troubleshoot the issue directly with the customer. If that does not work, we will replace it free of charge.
